Prof. Jin Xu,  Peking University, China

Jin Xu is a first-level professor at Peking University and a doctoral advisor. He holds dual PhDs in Science and Engineering. As the primary contributor, he has received one National Natural Science Second Prize, two Ministry of Education Natural Science First Prizes, and one Hubei Provincial Natural Science First Prize. He has led over ten major projects, including key projects from the National Natural Science Foundation, significant international cooperation projects, major instrument projects, 863 projects, and the National Key Research and Development Program. Currently, he serves as the deputy chair of the Chinese Society of Circuits and Systems, the deputy chair of the Cloud Computing and Big Data Committee of the Chinese Institute of Communications, a member of the Cyber Security Association of China, and the chairman of the Bioinformatics and Bioprocessing Professional Committee. He is also an associate editor for "Artificial Intelligence Review" and the "Journal of Electronics and Information," the editor-in-chief of the "Journal of Guangzhou University (Natural Science Edition)," and a member of the editorial boards of "Journal of Electronics," "Journal of Computer Science," and "Journal of Software." He has been engaged in theoretical computer science and algorithm research for many years.

Prof. Xueli Chen, Xi' dian University, China

Xueli Chen, Professor of Xidian University, Director of Biomedical-photonics & Molecular Imaging Lab, Director of Advanced Diagnostic-Therapy Technology and Equipment Key Laboratory of Higher Education Institutions in Shaanxi Province, Director of Xi’an Key Laboratory of Intelligent Sensing and Regulation of trans-Scale Life Information. Chen joined Xidian University in 2012 as Assistant Professor in School of Life Science and Technology, promoted to Associate Professor in 2014 and Full Professor in 2017. During 2015 to 2017, he worked as a research postdoctoral fellow at Purdue University (Ji-Xin Cheng\'s group) on stimulated Raman scattering microscopy. Chen and his team have been constantly at the most forefront of multiscale biomedical photonics imaging in innovation, application, and clinical translation. Professor Chen has co-led the development of Cerenkov luminescence endoscope and further explored the application in early detection of clinical gastrointestinal tumors. Professor Chen has also developed the stimulated Raman projection tomography technology which can perform the volumetric imaging of single cells in a label-free manner. Professor Chen has served as the member of SPIE, OSA, IEEE (senior member), Vice president of Shaanxi Society of Biomedical Engineering.

Prof. Kang Ning,  Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Kang Ning is a professor at the School of Life Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a doctoral advisor, and the director of the Department of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. He is also a distinguished professor of the Huazhong Excellence Scholars program and a distinguished Chu Tian Scholar of Hubei Province. His research focuses on the mining of biological big data and microbiomes and their applications in health and environmental fields. In 2015, he established the Department of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at the School of Life Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, along with several centers and platforms, including the "High-Performance Computing Platform for Life Science Big Data" and the "Biological Big Data Center of the Ezhou Industrial Technology Research Institute." He has been engaged in research in the field of bioinformatics for over ten years and currently leads projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the Ministry of Science and Technology's major research programs. He has published more than 100 academic papers in top-tier journals in biology, medicine, and bioinformatics, including PNAS, Gut, Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases, Genome Biology, and Genome Medicine, with over 60 papers as the first or corresponding author. His works have been cited over 4,000 times, with an H-index of 30 (Google Scholar). He holds six software copyrights and has applied for over 20 national invention patents. He serves on the editorial boards of several international journals and is the vice chair of the Genomics and Bioinformatics Division of the Chinese Society of Bioinformatics and a member of the Committee on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics of the Chinese Society of Biotechnology. He also acts as a reviewer for funding agencies such as the UK Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (UK-BBSRC).

Prof. Muhammad Zubair Iqbal,  Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, China

Professor Iqbal currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Zhejiang-Mauritius Joint Research Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering, as well as the Vice President of the Pakistan Materials Science Society. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and he is a key academic member of the Institute of Intelligent Biomaterials within the same school. Professor Iqbal has been awarded the title of "Zhejiang Province Overseas High-Level Talent" and the "West Lake Friendship Award" in 2022. He was warmly received by the main leaders of Zhejiang Province during the award ceremony. In August 2023, he was granted the Permanent Residence ID for Foreigners in the People's Republic of China. Professor Iqbal is primarily dedicated to developing biocompatible nanomaterials for cancer diagnosis, drug delivery, and therapeutic applications. He has also conducted extensive research on biomaterials, optical materials, and magnetic materials, particularly focusing on nanoparticles, nanocomposites, and core-shell hybrid materials. He has published over 140 academic papers in internationally renowned journals such as ACS Nano and the Journal of Controlled Release, and he has applied for or been granted multiple international or Chinese innovation patents. Additionally, he has been invited to give keynote speeches at over 50 international conferences. Professor Iqbal has led several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and key R&D programs of Zhejiang Province.
